Women in Sales is an open and inclusive online community where our global members can connect with their peers, seek out job opportunities, share valuable resources, and uplift one another. We host in-person events, webinars, create educational content, and provide dedicated spaces to better serve our members including leadership, motherhood/parenthood, and career search resources.

By offering workshops, in-person events, courses, 1:1 networking, a content hub, and an engaged Slack community, we provide a safe and supportive space for sales professionals to upskill and hone their craft.

Alexine Mudawar

CEO
Carrying 10+ years of SaaS sales experience, Alexine is backed by numerous President’s Club awards, quarterly high achievement recognitions, and a consistent track record of surpassing quota. She is CEO of Women in Sales with a focus on elevating, empowering, and promoting women within the sales profession. She’s been recognized as a LinkedIn Top Sales Voice, Salesforce Top Sales Influencer, and Crunchbase Most Influential Woman in Sales.
Christina Brady

HEAD OF COMMUNITY
With nearly two decades of overall sales experience and executive leadership in the SaaS space, Christina has a proven track record of leading individuals and organizations to growth & profitability through creative, scalable, and targeted strategy. On a daily basis, she is energized by the opportunity to help companies of all sizes grow and make a worldly impact.
Kandace Banks

DIRECTOR OF OUTREACH
Kandace is a mom of 2 (teen & toddler), an ex-medical billing guru, and a contest junkie who along with having a creative soul, her developer strength is always present. If you catch her outside of work, she’s a Home Chef - having fun recreating amazing dishes she’s enjoyed from all over the world- and an avid lover of volunteer work!
Vaishali Reed

ADVISOR
Shali specialize in building and implementing go-to-market strategies, with an emphasis on customer success & retention. She is obsessed on creating a culture of freedom, responsibility and performance for her team and is passionate about women in technology, deep tech and highly disruptive products. She is focused on trying to make the world a better place.
Liz Klebba

ADVISOR
Liz is a sales professional with a demonstrated history of working in the SaaS industry. Strong sales professional with a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) focused in Marketing from DePaul University.
Amanda Hogen

CREATIVE DIRECTOR
With over 10 years of professional experience in marketing and advertising, Amanda brings the Women in Sales brand to life. She has a passion for design and nurtures ideas from conception to completion. Some of her work can be seen in brands like Arapahoe Basin, The Harlem Globetrotters, USA Handball, and USA Archery. Amanda’s goal is to bring impactful design to the Women in Sales community.
Shannon Plumb

HEAD OF EVENTS
Shannon Plumb is an award-winning sales leader with over 20 years of experience driving revenue growth for B2B organizations. Recognized as one of 100 Powerful Women in Sales, Shannon specializes in building scalable Go-To-Market strategies, optimizing sales processes, and aligning teams to deliver measurable results. As co-founder of Litwin & Plumb, she helps companies accelerate growth, improve retention, and navigate complex sales challenges with confidence.
